How we store information
The details of each Appointment are held on our servers, which are protected by firewalls and which are backed up every day. Details of your payment are held by WorldPay, our payment solutions partner, who also undertake not to use your details for any purpose other than to settle your transaction. WorldPay never have sight of any of the information pertaining to our Appointment as your Process Agent, other than the fee amount payable.
How you can access or correct your information
By submitting your personal information through this website, you consent to it being processed in the manner described above. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you (there may be a small charge for this) or reqest us to update or remove any inaccurate information about you, by contacting us on Tel: 020 7800 4100 or writing to us at our address shown in the "contact us" section of the site. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before updating or removing your information.
